Custom Homes

Most builders today offer a few basic floor plans, elevations, and finishes with "upgrade packages" to provide their customers with a "custom home". At Robert D. Williams Custom Builders we offer virtually unlimited options. We will build whatever you want from a cottage in the woods to a lake front mansion. You are welcome to use your own plans acquired from another source, or you can take advantage of our own design team. Bob will review ever detail and option with you.  We also have over 500 home plans on file of the homes we have already built. You might find something very close to your dream home there.

Whatever approach you choose you can be confident that the final result will be something you can be proud of for generations to come. 

Design/Build Philosophy

One of the advantages of working with Williams is that we have our own designer team available to prepare the construction documents and plans internally. This ensures continuity of construction, flexible change orders, and coordination with suppliers.
