Just a quick note to express my gratitude and that of my whole family to Bob and his whole team.
We bought our first cottage in Sugar Springs about 25 years ago and hired Williams to remodel shortly afterwards. The craftsmanship, knowledge, integrity and quality were beyond expectations, so much so we asked them to do a second remodel of our Cottage into our forever home. We’ve had 3 or 4 homes downstate and none of them can even compare in quality. My family is so impressed that both my parents and my brother have had Williams build their homes as well. Not only is Bob’s direct team very good at what they do, but the contractors he uses are top notch as well. I could go on and on giving my recommendations but at the end of the day know that not only are you getting the best builder in the area but you’ll be dealing with really good people. We have owned the lake lot since 2014 and planted an RV on the lot each summer. We were looking for a builder and ran across a new build in the area by Williams Custom Homes. We jumped in and from day 1 had positive experiences with Mr. Williams. He sent us over 400 pictures of the build process with an explanation of what was going on and what was happening next.
